Jeff is a leading expert in process optimization and business analysis. Over the course of his career, he has garnered experience in a broad range of industries and leadership roles, from "garage start-ups" to the Fortune 50, time and again transforming new and underperforming organizations into success stories.
In 2014 he founded Tactegy LLC to provide management consulting services, including process optimization, business plan development, forecasting and modeling, valuation analytics, strategic and operating advice, product development, and interim CFO services. To date he has consulted for 40+ business ranging from $1M to $3B in annual revenues across the southeastern U.S.
In 2019, Tactegy pivoted its focus to include ServiceNow. As a process-oriented Lean Six Sigma thinker, Jeff is passionate about the ServiceNow platform and its ability to rapidly transform an organization's complex problems into simple, highly automated solutions. He has managed multiple instance migrations from legacy systems; consolidated instances from acquisitions on to a single standardized domain-separated instance; developed an integration platform for a Managed Service Provider that quickly grew to over 40 different integration points with customers and vendors on 9 different ITSM systems; drove a 4-fold increase in ServiceNow development productivity for that same MSP; and substantially improved operational efficiency and quality for that MSP's 2,500+ customers and 8,000+ users.
